[What a lovely offer that is. Minako's fingers twitch as she considers it, and her head shifts down a bit to give Rei a warm look. The blond hair seems to contain flecks of gold now, oddly enough.

It's about connecting our hearts, and Rei, I thought...

[Her hand settles on the center of Rei's chest, tapping a button there.]

We could do that literally? I think?

[No, Minako, that would involve open surgery and probably death.]

That might be more difficult than you'd think.

[Although the hand on her chest makes her blush, literal steam rising from her face, the atmosphere growing oddly...humid.]

But our crystals...

[Her heart begins to pulse with red light, and Magic rolls through her, touching her fingertips. One nail reaches out, tapping over Minako's heart to will energy into her.]

We can always share the love inside those.

Dunamis, right?

[When she says the word, she tries to infuse it with feeling. Her crystal lights gold in response, small ribbons of it swirling out and embracing Rei's arms.]

I didn't practice as much as I should've. Like this?

It's not dunamis, so much as it is...well...us. Just something I've experimented with back home with Phobos and Deimos.

[In their human forms, anyway. Rei's always, always had an interest in magic, and she's always had a talent for it. Dunamis though, well since Minako's trying that...]

However. If you want me to show you my feelings through dunamis, though...

[The air around them starts to move, a gentle gust sliding over Minako's cheekbones, tickling her hair, her neck, her ears. Rei keeps her eyes on the blonde's, finger unmoving, fixed over Minako's heart and pushing more of herself forward to transfer energy into her partner.]

Can you feel what I'm sending you?

[This is having a calming effect on her at least, a lot of the nervousness drying up.]

[Minako smiles. Of course she wants this. She takes a deep breath, opening herself to emotion. The urge to close her eyes is overwhelming, but Rei's are glinting with such passion that she could never.

Her heart fills, causing her energy to respond in kind. Warm tendrils, almost chain-like, embrace Rei and pull her in. She places her hand over Rei's heart too, responding with warmth and light as best she can.]

Like this, right? The feeling that you don't want to let go.

[Rei's pulse quickens in her chest, her eyes sparkling with emotion, the swell of emotion within Minako boiling over into her. A chain is so like her, enveloping and embracing, holding Rei's heart prisoner, making her never want to let go.]

I do and I don't. I don't ever want to let you go, but I do want to let myself go.

[She shifts her weight, getting up without breaking the contact their hands have on the other's heart, the raw love egging her on, her passion pouring back through. She presses forward, pushing Minako backwards onto the bed, bringing her lips against her partner's in a heated kiss. She keeps moving, overbearing Minako and kneeling atop her, hair falling in a dark cascade around their faces. When she does at last pull away, it's with a little gasp and a whine of regret.]

Show me your passion, Minako, so I can show you my love. I want nothing more.

[The sweet wine makes her lips tingle, her eyes still blazing with incandescent passion stoked by love.]

[That's the language she understands. Minako happily falls back and drinks it in, her sly fingers making themselves very comfortable in Rei's locks.

She holds there for a little while, then moves in to slide her fingers around Rei's neck. It's usual at first, her kisses following, but her fingers soon slip below her collar, reaching as far as they can to draw circles on her breastbone.

Meanwhile, those chains become fuller and warmer, embracing both of them and providing a warmth to lean back on.]

[Rei's whole body shivers a little when Minako's fingers brush her bare skin, the sensation of the chains weighing her down further. She settles atop Minako, sliding her legs back so she's laying on her more, mouth working soundlessly for a moment.]

Just like that.

[Another kiss follows, happy and filled with delight. Then another, this time against Minako's neck, while her free fingers start sliding up underneath the hem of the pajama top and scraping at the soft skin of her stomach.]

[Rei's too much and she knows it. Minako gasps at the touches on her skin, her breath coming in short bursts. The chains are around Minako too, each one glowing with warmth. Her fingers decide to map Rei's spine then, delicate but sure.]

I always wished for us to be close. Way back when, I admired you, hoping...I always wondered if you noticed how hopelessly attracted I was, I never dreamed it would really happen.

[Emboldened by the words and chains, Rei's fingers keep sliding up and up, teasing the skin beneath while her lips continue their attack. They too move up, teeth nipping Minako's earlobe gently.]

I never dreamed that we'd be this way. That I'd want you so much, but...I had a lot of growing to do then. I was so hurt when we met, so alone I didn't think I could trust other people.

[Her hand glides up and over one of Minako's breasts, lingering a little as she tried to form words before sliding back down.]

You helped me. All the others did too but you...you were always there. I was just too blind to realize how much I cared till Piphron's domain.

[Minako's heart swells in her chest...it almost feels like that's really happening, but all that happens there is that Rei finds herself touching unnaturally warm skin.]

I was blind too, for so long...

[She mirrors the touch, but her finger instead draws a heart shape in the center of Rei's chest.]

But I'll never lose sight of you again. I never, ever want to.

[Dreaming or not, Rei's hand lingers where it sat, palm resting on the soft, warm skin. Her mouth presses lower, kissing Minako's neck and cheeks, a gentle smile following the heart on her skin.]

I've got faith that you won't.

[Her hand slips back down, retreating from the touch. She may want this, Minako may want this, but something about tonight makes her feel like taking things too far is a poor decision.]

I'm yours, forever and always.

[Kissing her again, she shifts her weight, coming down from the precipice for mounting passion and forcing herself back.]

We'll have time enough to explore those passions, especially when things get cold out. I hope you're alright with taking that more slowly.

[She puts the emphasis on a specific word for a reason, sucking in a breath and making her chest swell beneath Minako's touch.]
