Ok, now he just looks embarrassed, and he'd be blushing if he could. Really, he wasn't used to such praise. He couldn't eat his own cooking, so it was educated guess work at best. The question of 'where he came from' was not something he was up to trying to explain on a chalk board.

Leaving her to her meal and cleanup for a moment, he turned to look at his own 'meal', which was more like medicine. A barrel of some of the thickest looking blackish purple goop was hardly what anyone would consider appetizing, but it had what he needed to recover.

Oh how he wished that he could fix the damage any other way, but... With a deep sigh, he tried to chug the gunk as fast as he could, but by the look on his face he still managed to taste it.
